| Lykins Park, dedicated in 1975 and covering 40 acres of land, is located in a rural area on Mount Sterling Road. Of the many amenities offered, this regional park includes picnic areas with shelter, 3 lighted tennis courts, 1 basketball court and a skateboard park. A basball field complex containing 2 lighted Major League fields, a Junior League field, 2 Rookie League fields, and a girls softball field serves as home to Winchester Little League Baseball. In addition to the baseball complex, the park is equipped with a concession stand and a playground area. The park's rolling landscape provides a good visual appeal while functioning as a place for concerts, with a concert stage, firework shows, and other large community events. | | |
